This looks fantastic! Would you be so kind as to post some more details like the amount of zucchini's used, how you roasted them, how much stilton to use?
This blog is starting to be more about promoting an idea of what to cook as opposed to promoting a particular recipe. Everything is done by feel and to taste. Use as many zucchini as you like. Roast them the way you would any vegetable. Add as little or as much Stilton as you desire. In other words: Make however suits your taste best!
Around these parts, the following are all highly accurate and precise descriptors of measurements: 'fistfuls', 'a few glugs', 'as desired', 'to taste', and my most favorite of all 'some'. Cooking is best done when it is by feel, not by measuring cups. Not sure how much oil or carrots to use? At what temperature should you roast tomatoes? Or a pork shoulder? Give it your best go and see where it takes you.

Just found your blog on Foodgawker. I like the artistic side of your pics. Haven't made a soup with Stilton cheese before but that will come soon.
